Add selective colour and sparkle to the stamped floral bouquets using a sparkle pen. Colour individual roses in pink and orange, and add green highlights to the leaves to create visual interest whilst keeping some elements white.

Schritt für Schritt

1. Select a sparkle pen and add sparkle details to the paper bags in the design. ▶ watch 16:45
2. On the first card, colour three of the roses in pink using the sparkle pen, picking out selected blooms rather than colouring all of them. ▶ watch 17:15
3. On the second card, colour three of the roses in orange using the sparkle pen. ▶ watch 18:00
4. Add green sparkle pen colour to the leaves on both cards, highlighting some of the leaf details and open spaces rather than colouring every leaf. ▶ watch 19:15
5. Step back and view your coloured designs; you now have two cards with different colour schemes—one with pink roses and one with orange roses. ▶ watch 20:30

Tipps aus der Show

• You don't have to colour all the elements; picking out just a few roses and leaves creates a more elegant effect.
• Consider alternative colour schemes such as monochromatic greys, sepia tones, or vintage-inspired palettes.
• If you stamped the floral bouquets in a water-based colour and then bled the design out slightly, it would create an incredibly beautiful watercolour effect.
