Schritt für Schritt

  1. Cut two pieces of cardstock measuring 9cm wide (exact length depends on your preference). ▶ watch 2:21:30
  2. Score the first piece at 5cm and 10cm to create fold lines for the bookmark structure. ▶ watch 2:22:00
  3. Score the second piece at 4.5cm and 11cm for a different fold pattern. ▶ watch 2:22:30
  4. Carefully separate magnetic pieces by sliding them apart between your fingers rather than pulling. ▶ watch 2:23:00
  5. Apply glue to one side of a magnet and position it on the back of your first bookmark piece. ▶ watch 2:23:30
  6. Use low-tack tape to hold the magnet in place whilst the glue dries. ▶ watch 2:24:00
  7. Transfer the matching magnet to the corresponding position on the second piece using a glue spot transfer method. ▶ watch 2:24:30
  8. Cover all magnet placements with patterned paper to hide the construction and create a finished appearance. ▶ watch 2:25:00
