Embossed Metal Leaf Embellishments

Emboss metal leaves with WOW powders to create sparkly dimensional embellishments. This technique works on any non-melting metal and creates jewellery-quality finishes.

Schritt für Schritt

1. Push your metal leaf into the sticky ink pad on one side only to coat it with ink. ▶ watch 23:15
2. Sprinkle your chosen embossing powder onto the inked leaf. ▶ watch 23:30
3. Use a pokey tool to hold the leaf in position on paper, then heat from above using your heat tool on setting two. ▶ watch 24:00
4. Allow the metal to cool completely before handling, as it conducts heat and will be very hot. ▶ watch 24:30

Tipps aus der Show

• Never touch metal immediately after heating as it conducts heat and will burn you
• Use a pokey tool or similar to hold metal in position whilst heating so it doesn't fly away
