Create unique, organic textured backgrounds using bubble mixture mixed with pigment ink. The bubbles create natural circular patterns and texture that dry to reveal a one-of-a-kind effect perfect for card backgrounds or mixed media projects.
Prepare bubble solution by halving the amount of solution in the bottle.
Add just a few drops of pigment ink to the bubble solution—a tiny amount is needed as the pigment is very concentrated.
Use a bubble gun to blow bubbles onto white card or paper, creating bubble patterns across the surface.
Leave the bubbles to dry completely; do not use a heat tool as it looks more organic when left to air dry.
Once dry, observe the unique circular bubble impressions and organic texture created on your background.
Optionally, try the bubble background through stencils to create additional effects.
Use the finished bubble background as a base layer for stamping or further decoration.
