Schritt für Schritt

1. Stamp the umbrella image onto white stamping card using Versafine ink. ▶ watch 29:15
2. Stamp the lemon or lime slice image onto white stamping card using the same ink. ▶ watch 29:30
3. Fussy cut around the umbrella image, removing the stick if desired for a creative variation. ▶ watch 30:15
4. Fussy cut around the lemon or lime slice image carefully. ▶ watch 30:45
5. Colour the lemon or lime slice using alcohol markers, adding shading and detail to bring it to life. ▶ watch 33:30
6. Stamp the 'Happy Hour' sentiment onto patterned paper using Versafine ink. ▶ watch 34:00
7. Layer your fussy-cut elements and patterned papers onto your card base, arranging them to create a balanced composition. ▶ watch 36:15
8. Adhere all elements securely to complete your card. ▶ watch 36:30

Tipps aus der Show

• These stamps have beautiful detail that shines through, so you don't need to worry about adding light and shade if you don't want to.
• If you make a mistake whilst fussy cutting, you can creatively repurpose it—for example, a cut-off umbrella stick can become a headwear umbrella.
• An electric eraser is useful for removing ink fingerprints from your card if you get messy whilst stamping.
