Ombre Blended Background with Easy Blend Sprays

Create a smooth colour gradient using three easy blend spray colours, blending them together on cardstock to transition from one colour to another. This technique produces a soft, professional-looking ombre effect perfect for backgrounds.

Take a piece of white cardstock as your base.

Spray the first colour (orange) onto the top section of your card.

Spray the second colour (red) below the orange, allowing the colours to meet and blend slightly.

Use a blending brush to drag the orange colour down over the red to create a smooth transition.

Spray the third colour (purple) at the bottom of the card.

Use the blending brush to drag the red colour down into the purple to blend the join.

Tipps aus der Show

The easy blend sprays blend beautifully together on cardstock, similar to oxide inks.
Using a blending brush helps create smooth transitions between colours and hide any visible joins.
You can add sparkle or additional effects by spraying the golden shimmer mist over the blended background.
