Dragonfly Stamp Resist Background

Use a dragonfly stamp as a resist to create a striking background. Spray colour over the stamped image, then use kitchen roll to lift and blend the colour, leaving the stamped area protected and creating a beautiful resist effect.

Schritt für Schritt

1. Stamp the dragonfly image from the Be Bold stamp set onto your card using a dark ink ▶ watch 1:34:15
2. Spray the wink vibe spray colours (pink, blue, and teal) randomly across the entire page, covering it completely ▶ watch 1:34:30
3. Place kitchen roll over the wet sprayed area and press down gently ▶ watch 1:35:00
4. Lift the kitchen roll away to reveal the resist effect where the stamped dragonfly protected the card ▶ watch 1:35:15
5. Allow the card to dry completely ▶ watch 1:35:30

Tipps aus der Show

• Keep reusing the same piece of kitchen roll for mopping up—it will become saturated with different colours
• Once dry, you can run the kitchen roll through a die-cutting machine to use it as a patterned background
