Sprayed Shimmer Background with Mixed Inks

Fill a plastic container with water or use it as your mixing palette.

Spray the colour pop sprays (purple and red) into the container to create initial colour layers.

Add the easy blend sprays in lilac, dark salmon, orange and rose bud red to the mixture.

Spray generous amounts of the golden shimmer pearl mist into the container.

Take white cardstock and dip or press it into the container to pick up the colour and shimmer.

Take the edges of the card to create a bubbled, organic look rather than full coverage.

Add additional sprays of colour or shimmer at any point to build up the effect.

Allow the background to dry completely; the shimmer will become more intense as it dries.

Reuse the palette by spraying water or more spray onto it to create additional background pieces.
