A sophisticated card combining a decorative corner stencil border with a stamped geisha girl focal point and cherry blossom accents. The design layers stencilled patterns with hand-painted watercolour details to create depth and visual interest.
Prepare your card base and position the corner stencil in the desired location.
Apply rose and cassis inks through the stencil using a dabbing motion to create the decorative corner border.
Stamp the geisha girl silhouette in the centre of the card using black ink.
Stamp cherry blossom flowers around the geisha using rose and cassis inks for colour variation.
Mount the stamped focal point onto black cardstock to make it pop.
Attach the black-mounted focal point to the card base using foam pads for dimension.
Use the Miya Himi watercolour palette to paint the geisha's face with skin tone, leaving white areas for detail.
Add pink and purple watercolour details to the geisha's clothing and features for depth.
Apply glossy accents over selected flowers and details to enhance dimension and shine.
