Create a vibrant, artistic card by applying water-reactive ink directly to white cardstock, then using a water-spritzed stamp to bleach out a lifted floral image. The effect is magical and contemporary, finished with clear sparkle pen accents.

Passo dopo passo

1. Take a piece of white cardstock and apply water-reactive ink (such as Izing) in random areas using a brush, layering colours like purple and pink. ▶ watch 42:30
2. Allow the inked cardstock to dry slightly. ▶ watch 43:00
3. Lightly spritz your floral stamp with clean water—do not flood it, use light bursts only. ▶ watch 48:30
4. Press the water-spritzed stamp down onto the coloured ink to create a bleached, lifted image. ▶ watch 49:00
5. Lift the stamp and repeat the water-spritz and stamp process 2–3 times to build up the bleached effect. ▶ watch 49:30
6. Use a heat gun to activate and reveal the bleached floral image—the design will appear as a light, lifted area against the coloured background. ▶ watch 50:45
7. Glue the finished piece onto a card base. ▶ watch 52:30
8. Lightly dab clear sparkle pen in random spots across the card, using minimal product for a subtle shimmer effect. ▶ watch 54:00
9. Add a washi tape sentiment strip to complete the card. ▶ watch 55:30

Consigli dalla puntata

• Spritz the stamp lightly with water in small bursts rather than flooding it—this prevents a blotchy result.
• Repeat the water-spritz and stamp process multiple times for a more prominent bleached effect.
• This technique works best with water-reactive inks such as Tim Holtz Oxide, Izing Generation or similar brands.
