Craft an adorable standing owl family place card or table topper using die-cut characters with interchangeable hats and bows. Stamp the owls onto patterned paper to create natural colour variations, then add embellishments to personalise each character.

Schritt für Schritt

1. Cut two exterior dies from craft card and stick them together to create a standing card base. ▶ watch 49:00
2. Stamp the owl character onto patterned paper from the Owl Always Love You Collection to allow the paper's natural hue to show through. ▶ watch 49:30
3. Die-cut the stamped owl using the coordinating character die. ▶ watch 49:45
4. Adhere the owl to the front of your standing card base. ▶ watch 50:00
5. Die-cut the bow embellishment from coordinating coloured cardstock. ▶ watch 50:15
6. Die-cut the hat embellishment from a different colour to create contrast. ▶ watch 50:30
7. Stamp the 'Joy' or chosen sentiment word onto a small die-cut piece. ▶ watch 50:45
8. Adhere the bow, hat and sentiment to the owl, positioning them to create a complete character. ▶ watch 51:00

Tipps aus der Show

• You can colour the owls with pencil if desired, but stamping them onto patterned paper creates beautiful natural colour variations without extra work.
