Select two inexpensive frames from a local craft or home store. ▶ watch 21:15
Cut patterned paper to fit inside the frames, using the same pattern for both. ▶ watch 21:30
Stamp the 'Shine Bright Like a Diamond' sentiment onto one piece of patterned paper. ▶ watch 21:45
Fussy cut a lady figure from the patterned paper collection. ▶ watch 22:00
Attach a thick wedge of card or foam pads to the back of the fussy-cut lady for dimension. ▶ watch 22:15
Place the patterned paper with sentiment inside the first frame. ▶ watch 22:30
Position the dimensional fussy-cut lady inside the frame window, creating a 3D effect. ▶ watch 22:45
Seal the frame backing to secure all elements in place. ▶ watch 23:00
Repeat the process for the second frame using a different fussy-cut element, such as a shoe. ▶ watch 23:15
