How free shipping on multiple orders works.
Shipping is charged once, on your first order.
The website will indicate that your order has not been dispatched and that there are no additional shipping costs.
If you place a second order and find there are shipping costs, then it means your first order has already been dispatched, and you will have been sent a dispatch email.
You can also track the status of your orders in your customer account area.
Products purchased from our site for delivery outside the UK do not include a UK VAT charge. Therefore your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
