Stencil Circle Mandala Design with Layered Colours

Create a circular mandala design using the Mandala Madness Precision Stencil Pro by selecting the circle element and layering different colours to build a complete, symmetrical pattern with depth and dimension.

Step by step

1. Prepare your card and position the stencil with the smaller inner piece to create a circle design. ▶ watch 29:45
2. Tighten the screw to secure the stencil pieces together, ensuring the card sits flat inside. ▶ watch 30:00
3. Apply your first colour (pink) through the circle section of the stencil using easy blend spray on foam. ▶ watch 30:15
4. Rotate the stencil to a new position and apply the same colour to create a repeating pattern around the circle. ▶ watch 30:45
5. Apply a second colour (purple) through the stencil in different positions to add depth and variation. ▶ watch 31:15
6. Continue layering colours and rotating the stencil until you have completed the full circular mandala design. ▶ watch 31:45
7. Optionally, edge the circle with a soft application of colour to frame and define the design. ▶ watch 32:15

Tips from the show

• If the stencil doesn't fit perfectly in your card, check that the card is nice and flat.
• You can use just the circle element without the points if you prefer a simpler design.
