Take this decorative paper from the Urban Life pack and trim to 3 1/2 x 4 3/4", ensuring the street at the bottom is within your final trimmed design (as shown here on the left). 

Blend around the edges with the Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide. 

Stamp Rachael, from your Celebrate Me kit, in Midnight coming up from the bottom of the paper, as seen here. 

Use you watercolour paints to colour her in. 

Use a white gel pen to add accents and highlights to your stamped image. 

Stamp the sentiment in Midnight, in the top right corner. 

Use a black pen to draw your own decorative frame. 

Mat onto white card trimmed to 3 3/4 x 5".  Then onto coloured cardstock (from the kit), trimmed to 4 x 5 1/4" and finally adhere to your card blank, also contained in your cardmaking kit.
