Een project uit onze liveshow MONDAY MADNESS met Simon van Avago-Ink - Uitgezonden op 14 maart · 14/03/2022
A dramatic two-layer card featuring a navy blue die-cut starry night sky background with a bright yellow backing, topped with a black oriental silhouette scene of a bonsai tree and villas. Red and white star die-cuts with stamped sentiments add a vibrant finishing touch to this elegant design.
Position the celebration die (starry sky) centrally on a navy blue card piece and secure with tape.
Run the die through your die-cutting machine to cut out all the stars and detail from the navy card.
Push out any remaining stuck pieces to reveal the full starry detail and texture of the die-cut.
Glue a bright yellow card piece to the back of the navy die-cut so the stars shine through the openings.
Position the oriental silhouette die-cut (black card with bonsai tree and villas) on top of the starry background.
Glue the silhouette in place, using small dots of glue on intricate areas to avoid seeping.
Mount the completed starry silhouette panel onto red glitter card, leaving a white border all around.
Glue the red glitter-mounted panel onto your white card blank.
Die-cut a large red star and a small white star with stitched detail using your shape dies.
Stamp 'best wishes' and a small flower onto the white star using black ink.
Glue the stamped white star to the centre of the red star using silicon glue.
Position and glue the combined star element to the centre of the card, leaving the white border visible.
