Welcome to Basic Grey, a curated collection designed for card makers, stampers and scrapbookers who want to add finishing touches to their projects. This category brings together small but essential embellishments that help you complete your designs with precision and style.
Within Basic Grey you'll find practical items like flags and metal tabs. Flags are perfect for drawing attention to key elements on your cards and layouts, whether you're highlighting a sentiment, marking a special detail, or adding directional interest. Metal tabs work beautifully as fasteners and decorative accents, helping you layer elements securely whilst adding a touch of industrial charm to your papercraft projects.
When selecting these embellishments, think about the overall aesthetic of your design—consider how they'll complement your colour scheme and the weight of your cardstock or paper. Metal elements work particularly well on cards and scrapbook pages where you want durability alongside visual impact, so they're ideal if your finished pieces will be handled frequently or treasured for years to come.
