Sentiment Border Card Using Stamp Ring with Word Stamps

Donna shows how to use the Stamp A Ring to create a beautiful border of repeated sentiment words around the edge of a card. This technique turns small word stamps into a decorative frame that draws the eye inward.

Stap voor stap

1. Prepare a 5-inch square card and slot it into the centre of the stamp ring. ▶ watch 41:00
2. Choose a sentiment stamp from the Kind Quotes set and ink it up. ▶ watch 41:15
3. Stamp the sentiment in the first corner position, ensuring it sits within the grid area. ▶ watch 41:30
4. Rotate the card 90 degrees and stamp the same sentiment in the next corner position. ▶ watch 42:00
5. Continue rotating and stamping at 90-degree intervals around all four corners. ▶ watch 42:15
6. Change to a different sentiment and repeat the process in the spaces between the first sentiments. ▶ watch 42:45
7. Once the border is complete, you can batch-make multiple cards by stamping the same design repeatedly. ▶ watch 43:00

Tips uit de show

• You can skip positions to create spacing between sentiments, or fill every position for a denser border.
• Changing ink colours between sentiments adds visual interest to the border design.
