The 3D Glitter Liner Obsession Pink from Viva Decor is a water-based relief paint filled with sparkling, intensively coloured glitter. It's perfect for adding dimensional, eye-catching embellishments to your cardmaking, scrapbooking and mixed-media projects.

Apply the glitter liner directly from the pen nozzle to create raised lines and half-pearl effects that won't flatten as they dry. Use it on both absorbent surfaces like cardstock and paper, and non-absorbent surfaces such as vellum or acetate for long-lasting, permanent decorations.
