Card Creator Decorated Birthday.
To create your 5½ x 4?" card base, mountain fold the first pair of 1" score lines (closest to the edge) and valley fold the second pair of 1" score lines. Mountain fold the 3?;" score line in the middle and mountain fold the last pair of 1" score lines. Cut/emboss various elements in the set and decorate the card for your desired look.
