Orange Black Light Neon from Decoart is a fluorescent paint that glows vividly under black light, bringing an electrifying edge to your craft projects. Perfect for card makers and scrapbookers who want to create eye-catching designs with a psychedelic twist, this intense neon paint works on many surfaces without needing primer or sealer.
Use it to add glowing accents to greetings cards, gift tags, scrapbook layouts and mixed-media projects. When painting onto slick surfaces, apply with a light touch for best results. If you're using stencils, clean them quickly after use to keep them in good condition for next time. The vivid glow effects make this paint brilliant for party invitations, Halloween designs and any project that needs to stand out.
