Orange Flicker Lustre by DecoArt is a water-based metallic wax that buffs to a brilliant shine. With highly concentrated pigments and opaque coverage in just one coat, it's perfect for adding lustrous metallic accents to your papercraft projects.
Use this paste-like product to add metallic highlights to card designs, gift tags, scrapbook layouts and journal pages. Its creamy, smooth texture gives you excellent control during application—more so than liquid paints—making it ideal for detailed work and precise embellishment. It adheres to most absorbent surfaces as well as metal, dries quickly, and cleans up easily with soap and water.
