Soft Black 4OZ Wax Effects Encaustic Acrylic from DecoArt brings the beautiful, sheer and luminous qualities of traditional beeswax encaustic to your crafting without any heat. Ready to use straight from the jar, this acrylic wax is perfect for card makers and mixed-media artists who want to add depth and texture to their work.
Use it to model, layer and texture your designs, or try scraping and embedding techniques to create interesting surfaces. You can combine it with collage materials for added dimension on cards, tags, journals and other papercrafts. Since no heat is required, you can work intuitively and build up effects as you go.
