The technique is straightforward: start by painting your entire surface with the Anthracite base coat. Layer lighter colour spots over the top, then mix the 3D powder with Anthracite and apply it to selected areas. Finish by tapping the paint gently with your brush tip over the textured sections until you achieve that convincingly rusty, aged appearance. This method works beautifully on cardstock, wood elements and other craft surfaces.
