TIM HOLTZ - DISTRESS - WATERCOLOUR PENCILS BLACK AND WHITE 2 PACK

Tim Holtz Distress Watercolour Pencils black and white 2 pack from Ranger are woodless watercolour pencils designed to deliver vibrant colour on porous surfaces. These solid water-reactive pigments are perfect for adding depth and dimension to your papercraft projects with watercolouring, shading and sketching effects.

Colour directly onto your card, tag or journal page, then blend with water for soft, beautiful effects. You can layer them with other Distress products—Inks, Oxides, Sprays or Paint—to create even more possibilities and textures. Because they coordinate with the full Distress palette, they're ideal for mixed-media crafting and adding finishing touches to stamped designs.
