Tulip Matte Black Brush-On Fabric Paint 2oz brings permanent colour to your fabric projects with a soft, flexible finish. This nontoxic paint dries with an ultra soft bond that moves with your fabrics, so it won't crack or crumble even when your finished pieces are worn or washed.
Use it to add hand-painted details to fabric-based cards, decorated pouches, tote bags or mixed-media journal covers. The paint is highly opaque, so it covers beautifully in one application, and it's mixable too—blend it with other Tulip colours to create your own custom shades. Simply brush it on and let it dry for a permanent finish.
