Ultraviolet Black Light Neon from DecoArt is an intense fluorescent paint that creates vivid glow effects when viewed under a black light. Perfect for crafters looking to add a psychedelic, eye-catching element to their projects, this neon paint brings wearables, craft projects and home décor to life with its vibrant colour.
Use this paint on cards, tags, scrapbook layouts and mixed-media projects for dramatic effects under UV light. It works on many surfaces and requires no primer or sealer. When painting slick surfaces, apply with a light touch for best results. If you're using stencils, clean them quickly after use to make re-application easier and keep them in good condition for future projects.
