White Blending Mop Soft Grip. The Soft Grip range of brushes have clear acrylic handles part of which is coated with a grip finish. Because they take long to dry and take more effort to rinse completely mops are not the best brush for paint application but they are exceptionally good for wetting large areas of paper or for blotting or blending paint that is already applied. It is used to soften and blend wet colors generally floated areas or for softening the blending of the wet-in-wet technique and for absorbing excess media. It is used dry and is not dragged through the paint but lightly pounced on the surface with a very light tickling pressure.
