A refined white-on-white card showcasing just the 3D embossing folder from the Quattro D set. This elegant design demonstrates how the embossing folder alone can create a sophisticated, shop-quality card without additional stencilling or stamping.

Step by step

1. Take a white cardstock piece and position it in the 3D embossing folder, aligning the design carefully. ▶ watch 46:45
2. Run the cardstock through your die-cutting machine to emboss the perfume bottle design. ▶ watch 47:00
3. Remove the embossed piece and examine both the raised emboss side and the debossed reverse. ▶ watch 47:15
4. Mount the embossed piece onto a card base, choosing either the embossed or debossed side as your focal point. ▶ watch 47:45
5. Add a simple sentiment to complete the elegant card. ▶ watch 48:00

Tips from the show

• The embossing folder creates beautiful detail on both sides—the embossed front and the debossed back are equally attractive.
• White-on-white embossing creates a luxurious, sophisticated look that resembles expensive shop-bought cards.
• You can add metallic cardstock behind the embossed piece and age it with black acrylic paint for an aged metal effect.
