  8. Use a clean, damp brush to blend harsh edges by working from the outside inward. ▶ watch 1:09:00
  9. Load a brush with watery watercolour and flick paint across the card in multiple directions using a splat technique. ▶ watch 1:12:00
  10. Use a straw to blow watery watercolour paint at an angle, creating organic paint lines that radiate from the centre. ▶ watch 1:12:30
  11. Add light watercolour washes over the stamped flowers to suggest shadows and depth, following the natural contours of the petals. ▶ watch 1:15:00
  12. Stamp a sentiment (such as 'Congratulations') in black ink at the bottom of the card. ▶ watch 1:26:00
  13. Mount the finished card onto black cardstock, leaving a quarter-inch border. ▶ watch 1:27:00
