Wonderful Moments Wreath Birthday Card

A beautiful birthday card using the Wonderful Moments collection. You cut the wreath die twice and twist them together to create a full dimensional wreath, then layer it with coordinating papers and a sentiment to make an elegant celebration card.

Step by step

1. Cut the detailed wreath die from coordinating paper from the collection. ▶ watch 13:00
2. Cut a second wreath die from the same or contrasting paper. ▶ watch 13:15
3. Twist the two cut wreaths together to create a full dimensional wreath design. ▶ watch 13:30
4. Cut out some of the small flower embellishments from the collection if desired. ▶ watch 13:45
5. Mount the twisted wreath onto a green cardstock base layer. ▶ watch 14:00
6. Pad the wreath slightly to add dimension. ▶ watch 14:15
7. Stamp or add the sentiment 'Wishing you a special day to celebrate your birthday' from the word sheet. ▶ watch 19:30
8. Pad the sentiment and position it on the card. ▶ watch 19:45
9. Add cut-out flower and animal embellishments around the design with foam pads for dimension. ▶ watch 20:00

Tips from the show

• You can fussy cut the flowers if you want to, or build them in with your papers.
• The collection includes bonus nesting hearts inside the wreath die that you can use separately.
