Watercolour Bubbles and Reflection Card

A card featuring watercoloured bubbles with reflections, created using the stencil from the collection. The design includes champagne glasses and bubble elements with white highlights for dimension.

Step by step

1. Prepare your card base and select the bubble stencil from the collection. ▶ watch 29:45
2. Position the stencil on your card and apply watercolour paint to create the bubble design. ▶ watch 30:15
3. Use white paste or highlight medium to add sparkle and dimension to the bubbles. ▶ watch 31:00
4. Paint a reflection beneath the bubbles to extend the design. ▶ watch 31:30
5. Add champagne glass elements using the rubons from the set. ▶ watch 32:00
6. Layer your watercoloured design onto a card base and adhere securely. ▶ watch 33:00
7. Add any final sentiment or text elements to complete the card. ▶ watch 34:00

Tips from the show

• Adding white highlights to watercoloured bubbles gives them more dimension and makes them pop.
• The stencil has a neat flush edge with no exterior border, creating a clean finish without the decoupage look.
