Create an elegant, minimalist card by embossing with white ink on coloured cardstock. This simple technique makes the floral design pop beautifully and requires just an embossing folder, white ink, and a sentiment.

Step by step

1. Ink an embossing folder with white ink pad, covering the entire raised design. ▶ watch 54:15
2. Place your coloured card stock into the inked embossing folder. ▶ watch 54:30
3. Run the folder and card through your die-cutting machine to emboss the white design onto the coloured background. ▶ watch 54:45
4. Open the folder and admire the white embossed magnolia flowers that now appear on your card. ▶ watch 55:00
5. Stamp or die-cut a sentiment to complete the card. ▶ watch 55:15
6. Mount the embossed card onto a card base if desired for added structure. ▶ watch 55:30
