Flora and Fauna Quick Spring Card

A speedy one-minute card using pre-cut toppers and sentiment banners from the Flora and Fauna kit. Simply layer a topper onto a card blank with a foam pad and add a sentiment banner for an instant spring greeting.

Step by step

1. Select a card blank from the kit. ▶ watch 58:30
2. Choose a topper design (such as an animal) that coordinates with your card colour scheme. ▶ watch 58:45
3. Apply a foam pad to the back of the topper. ▶ watch 59:00
4. Adhere the topper to the centre of the card blank. ▶ watch 59:15
5. Cut out a sentiment banner using scissors or the coordinating die. ▶ watch 59:45
6. Adhere the sentiment banner to the lower portion of the card. ▶ watch 1:00:15
7. Optional: add sparkle or embellishments if desired, or leave flat for posting. ▶ watch 1:00:45

Tips from the show

• The kit's colour palette is coordinated so any topper works with any banner.
• You don't need to use all 50 components as cards; mix them into other craft projects like albums or frames.
• Great for nursing homes or people with limited dexterity as only two components need assembling.
