Paris Tower Sparkle Card with Layered Die-Cut

A romantic Paris-themed card featuring the iconic Eiffel Tower stamped in blue sparkle ink on a patterned background, with a die-cut tower layered on top for dimension. The card combines beautiful script details and spots with a 'dream big' sentiment.

Step by step

1. Select a patterned paper with artistic detail to use as your card base. ▶ watch 13:45
2. Ink up the Paris tower stamp twice with a sticky ink pad to ensure full coverage of all details. ▶ watch 14:00
3. Stamp the tower onto the patterned paper, positioning it off to one side. ▶ watch 14:30
4. Heat emboss the stamped image with clear embossing powder to add shine and definition. ▶ watch 14:45
5. Pre-cut a second tower from cream card stock using the coordinating die. ▶ watch 17:15
6. Glue the die-cut tower flat over the stamped tower to create dimension in the foreground. ▶ watch 17:30
7. Attach a 'dream big' die-cut sentiment to the card using glue. ▶ watch 18:15
8. Mount the finished design onto a coloured card blank with coordinating envelope. ▶ watch 18:45

Tips from the show

• You can use the dies to cut out focal points separately and layer them for added dimension without needing foam pads.
• The embossing folders are not required for this project; you can create beautiful cards with just stamps and dies.
