A project from our live show The Instant Artist - Full Workshop - Broadcast 17TH July 23 · 01/07/2023 · watch it from 22:00

Step by step

  1. Prepare two pieces of white cardstock or A2 card blanks. ▶ watch 23:30
  2. Spot teal ink onto the solid portion of the lamination gown stamp, creating lighter and darker tones. ▶ watch 24:00
  3. Spray the stamp with water two or three times, depending on how much bleed you want. ▶ watch 24:30
  4. Press the wet stamp onto your first piece of cardstock, holding it in place to allow the ink to transfer and bleed. ▶ watch 25:00

  6. Allow both cards to dry completely. ▶ watch 26:30

  9. Add a sentiment stamp such as 'Life is made of small moments like this' in black ink. ▶ watch 34:00
  10. Optionally add a distressed hat stamp in teal or another colour to complement the gown. ▶ watch 34:15
