CIAO BELLA PAPERS > UNDER THE SEA

About UNDER THE SEA

The Under the Sea category is part of the Ciao Bella Papers collection, bringing aquatic inspiration to your papercraft projects. Whether you're creating cards for seaside lovers, scrapbooking holiday memories, or designing ocean-themed gift wrap, you'll find designs that capture the magic of underwater worlds.

This category features rice paper selections with multiple coordinating designs. Rice papers are wonderfully versatile—crafters use them for decoupage, card backgrounds, layering, collage work, and mixed media projects. The Under the Sea range gives you several designs to mix and match, so you can build a cohesive collection around your aquatic theme.

When working with rice paper, remember that it's delicate and tears easily, which can actually be an advantage for creating soft, organic edges. Consider using a light touch when handling it, and think about layering it with cardstock or other sturdy papers for added structure in your finished pieces. Rice papers also work beautifully with both traditional adhesives and mixed media techniques.
