About ALCOHOL INK

Alcohol inks are vibrant, translucent dyes that bring stunning colour and movement to your papercraft projects. Whether you're a card maker, scrapbooker or mixed-media crafter, alcohol inks offer a versatile way to add depth, shimmer and artistic flair to your work.

Our Alcohol Ink range features products from Ranger, including curated kits like the Tim Holtz Distress Alcohol Ink Kit in Tuscan Garden. These kits bring together carefully selected colour palettes, making it easy to create cohesive, professional-looking designs. Crafters use alcohol inks to colour backgrounds, create marbled effects on cardstock, add shimmer to stamped images, and blend colours directly onto surfaces for organic, flowing results.

When working with alcohol inks, remember that a little goes a long way—these concentrated inks are potent, so start with small amounts and build up colour gradually. They work best on non-porous surfaces like glossy cardstock, yupo paper or ceramic tiles, and dry quickly, so work at a pace that suits your style. Always ensure good ventilation when using alcohol-based products.
